Yes. To do this, simply change your profile status to 'Disabled" in the My Account / Edit Profile menu, set Profile Status = Disabled.
Private photos are only visible to people on your Admired list. To add someone to your admired list, simply click the flirt button on their profile, or add them via the Users / Friends, Favourites and Blocked menu.
